PRODUCT INFORMATION

The stamping or punching automation production line includes a progressive die punching machine. This is the core equipment of the entire production line, used to process metal materials into the required parts. Progressive die punching machines have the characteristics of high precision and high speed, which can effectively achieve continuous stamping processing.

The production line is also equipped with an automatic feeder. You can choose to use the cut to length after punching or recoiler after punching.

This system mainly consists of a collector and a conveyor belt, used to collect and discharge waste and residue generated during the stamping process. The automatic collection system can effectively collect and transport waste to designated locations, improving production efficiency and environmental hygiene.
